Wastewater/Sewer Home
Our Mission
Our mission is to provide the citizens with a sanitary Wastewater (Sewer) Collection System with as few interruptions as possible.
Responsibilities
Maintenance and repair of approximately 115 miles of various sizes of collection mains:
6" - 293,701 linear ft.
8" - 152,209 linear ft.
10" - 54,602 linear ft.
12" - 54,202 linear ft.
15" - 19,367 linear ft.
18" - 34,470 linear ft.
30" - 3,339 linear ft.
Total - 611,890 linear ft.
This Department also services 1,304 manholes and 353 clean outs and assists other Departments by cleaning:
- Storm sewers
- Clarifiers
- Water valves
- Mud pits
- Drainage and spill problems
